The diodes have a certain temperature specification during operation, whether it is from the temperature of the peripheral operation or the temperature generated by the diode during operation. Of course, these must have a certain impact on the efficiency of the use of the device.
The allowable operating temperature of the diode is determined by the allowable junction temperature of the diode. The power consumed by the die P-N junction when the diode is operating is the current flowing through the diode multiplied by the voltage drop, which produces heat that causes the junction temperature to rise. When the junction temperature rises to a certain temperature, the tube will be damaged. Different configurations of diodes allow different operating temperatures due to their different configurations.

Glass passivation (GPP) diodes have an operating junction temperature of -65 °C to 175 °C
Schottky diodes have an operating junction temperature of -65 °C to 125 °C
The bridge junction has an operating junction temperature of -55 °C - 125 °C
